By using this Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. PLATFORM ROLE

SendCarrierPacket.com is a document exchange and workflow tool for brokers and carriers.

We are not:

• A freight broker
• A carrier
• A dispatcher
• A party to any agreement between users

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of documents
• Legitimacy of users
• Payment, performance, or compliance

You use the Platform at your own risk.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must:

• Be 18 years or older
• Have authority to act on behalf of your business
• Use the Platform for lawful business purposes

3. USER ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• All activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Carriers:

• Provide accurate, current documents
• Maintain valid insurance and authority
• Not upload fraudulent or misleading information

Brokers:

• Use documents only for legitimate business purposes
• Not resell, distribute, or misuse carrier documents
• Evaluate carriers independently

5. DOCUMENTS & VERIFICATION

We:

• Store and transmit documents as submitted
• Do not verify authenticity

You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing and validating documents
• Making business decisions

6. COMMUNICATIONS

We may send notifications (email/system alerts), but:

• Delivery is not guaranteed
• You are responsible for checking your account

7. PAYMENTS (IF APPLICABLE)

• Fees may be introduced or changed at any time
• Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
• Non-payment may result in restricted access

We are not responsible for disputes between users.

8. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Fraud or suspicious activity
• Legal or compliance concerns

9. DISCLAIMERS

The Platform is provided “AS IS”.

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Accuracy
• Reliability
• Availability

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for:

• Business losses
• Disputes between users
• Indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability:

• $100 or amount paid in last 12 months (whichever is greater)

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims related to:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your documents
• Your violations
